Objective
of the Course: Understand
the fundamentals of cloud computing and its’ advantages over the traditional
computing techniques. The course will give an insight in the fundamentals of
CRM, benefits and automating the sales with the salesforce cloud computing
tool. The students will be trained on the salesforce tool using apex and visual
force programming to develop the CRM applications using On-Demand CRM
Salesforce tool. This course will also help the students in design and development
of the applications using IDE tools like Eclipse and Salesforce Administration
to the extent required.
